Overcharge At 23 ± 5 ℃ condition, battery 1C charge to 15V, and constant voltage 15V current fall close to 0A, monitor the battery temperature, when the temperature drops below the peak of about 10℃, to stop the tests. Battery should not fire and not explode. Pass
Over discharge At 23 ± 5 ℃ condition according to standard discharge requirements after discharge to voltage, external 30Ω load discharged 24 hours. batteries should be no explosion, no fire, no leakage. Pass
